Ordering Assembled Cabinets
At Cabinet Gurus, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Here are our ordering policies that you need to know:
All orders placed on our website must be made by persons who are 18 years of age or older.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
It is important that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders, including measurements, product selection, and quantities.
The accuracy of shipping information is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any additional costs or fees associated with errors in shipping information will be incurred by the customer.
All orders must be paid in full in order to be processed.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have been processed are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

At Cabinet Gurus, we strive to make sure your order arrives at its destination as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here are our general shipping policies:
We use third-party freight carriers and parcel delivery services to transport our products. Carriers assume responsibility for the orders while in transit.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-15 business days (Monday through Friday), but we aim to ship orders sooner whenever possible.
Please note that processing time does not include transit time.
We do not guarantee delivery dates, and Cabinet Gurus is not liable or responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather-related or supply chain disruptions, that may cause delays in transit time or other delays.
The shipping quote generated on our website is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to modify shipping estimates at our discretion to account for changes in rates or fuel costs.
In addition to our general shipping policies, we have some policies that apply to our assembled cabinet orders. Please note that all other ordering, shipping, and receiving terms and policies still apply. We want to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, and we appreciate your trust in Cabinet Gurus.
When the shipment arrives at the final destination terminal, the third-party carrier will get in touch with the customer to arrange a delivery appointment. Failure to do so will result in storage fees being charged until the delivery can be made.
Customers are responsible for any storage fees incurred. If a local pickup is not collected within 10 business days from the Cabinet Gurus physical location, a $35/day storage fee will be charged.
To accept the delivery, the customer or an authorized representative who is 18 years of age or older must be present.
Curbside delivery is the default option for residential delivery. Deliveries will not be taken inside the customer's home unless specified for assembled cabinet orders. The customer is responsible for moving the items from the street into the property.
The freight carrier's driver may need help with off-loading from the truck in some situations.
When the driver is present, the customer must inspect the order for any visible damage or missing items.
All visible damages and missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading while the driver is present.
Both the customer and the driver must sign the paperwork. The customer has the right to ask the driver to wait until the inspection for visible damages is complete.
Customers should accept orders with visible shipping damages after noting the damages on the delivery paperwork. This will speed up the claims process and allow Cabinet Gurus to replace the damaged items more quickly.
Bills of lading may not match the number of items on the order as some items may be packaged together. The customer should check that all items on the order have been received before signing the paperwork.
Cabinet Gurus will not be responsible for any missing items that are not reported on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery.
Vanity and countertop orders must be opened and inspected for damages while the driver is present. Refusal to do so will result in the claims being denied.
If a vanity or countertop is found to be damaged during shipping, the customer must refuse to accept delivery.
Any concealed damages or missing items must be reported within 48 hours. The customer is responsible for opening and inspecting the entire order within 48 hours, or any claims for concealed damages or missing items may be denied.
To begin the return process, customers are encouraged to contact Cabinet Gurus Customer Service.
Customers must request a return authorization by logging into their Cabinet Gurus account or accessing their order if they checked out as a guest.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of product receipt. Returns made after 30 days will result in store credit (minus applicable costs and fees).
Only items that are properly packaged in their original box will be accepted as returns.
Cabinet Gurus reserves the right to reject any return if the items are not in the proper condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
Refunds (minus applicable costs and fees) will be issued within 30 days of Cabinet Gurus receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Assembled cabinet orders cannot be returned. Please refer to the Assembled Cabinet Policies for further details.
Accessories, defined as any product from the 'Accessories' section(s) throughout the website, are subject to a 50% restocking fee when returned.
If any damages are noted on the delivery paperwork, the customer must file a claim on our website by clicking the "File a Claim" link on the bottom of our homepage and providing the necessary documentation of the damages.
For concealed damages and missing items, customers must report within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must inspect the entire order within 48 hours of delivery or claims for concealed damages may be denied.
To properly file a claim, the following information is required:
Copy of signed delivery paperwork noting damages (if visible upon receipt)
Photographs of damages (concealed or otherwise)
Photos must be of the entire part/panel with damage visible (no close-ups necessary)
Photos must be in .jpeg file format
List of damaged items with description of damages
It may take 7-10 business days before replacement parts are shipped.
Replacement parts will not be sent out if the cabinets/vanities are already assembled and/or installed, except for doors. Claims will not be honored/denied if damage is discovered after assembly or installation of the product(s). If the product has been altered or modified in any way, the entire cabinet will not be replaced.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents during assembly, misuse, dirt, water, tampering, unreasonable use, improper installation, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies, or units that have been modified or used for commercial purposes.
Note: Cabinet Gurus reserves the right to modify its assembled shipping policies and requirements prior to purchase.
